Returns & Refunds

At Rita's Needlepoint, customer satisfaction is our priority. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return, email us at ritasneedlepoint@verizon.net. Once we review your request to ensure it meets our return conditions (see below), we will advise you by return email.

Canvas and thread returns are processed as store credit (minus original and return shipping fees). Items must be unused, still have original packaging and be in good condition for re-sale.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

- Fiber on spools, cards and pull-skeins, such as floss and tapestry wool
- Custom canvases, including monograms or other special-order designs
- Canvases from orders over 30 days old
- Trunk show canvases and discounted canvases
- Fibers that have been cut, damaged, or purchased at another store
- Fibers that do not match our current dye lot or are not in resalable condition
- Finishing items, including pillows, eyeglass cases, coasters, leather goods, or any custom-finished items
- Canvases ordered in the “wrong size” or “wrong mesh”; these details are clearly listed on each product page

Rita’s Needlepoint is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, and customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address at checkout.
